Features of Boxcryptor Enterprise
Besides our Company plan for 5 to 50 users, we offer Boxcryptor Enterprise for larger teams. The central feature of this plan is Single Sign-on (SSO), which simplifies the initial setup and user management for company administrators and additionally minimizes the security risk when handling sensitive data.
With Boxcryptor Enterprise, we have also responded to the needs of larger enterprises for premium support and easier user management. Our integration for Microsoft Teams is also included by default. Boxcryptor Enterprise brings the following features to your team—in addition or as an upgrade to the scope of Boxcryptor Company:
Single Sign-on
Manage users in your organization faster, more effectively and more securely by adding Boxcryptor to your SAML-based identity provider. This works with Azure AD, ADFS, Okta, or OneLogin, among others. Read more about setting up SSO with Boxcryptor in this article. If you are interested in our SSO solution, our team will be happy to advise you personally.
Even with SSO enabled, access to company data with Boxcryptor is strictly limited to the authorized company members. The cloud provider and ourselves cannot see your data or your keys. We explain in detail in this blogpost how Boxcryptor has overcome this technical hurdle.
Account Capture
Employees that sign up for Boxcryptor with their company email address are automatically added to your Enterprise account. Existing Boxcryptor users with a corporate email address can be added as well.
